Very interesting and creepy design. The colors look great and blend well. I think you should try some things with the feel to bring the creepiness all around, but other than that, its great :)

I love the style, colors and angle. Its all done very well, esp. the face, it is very beautifully done :) you could try to put some subtle shadows by the elbows under the hair, see if that does anything lol
overall, a great an interesting piece to look at, great job :)

The colors look great :) Everything has nice placement, and the textures on the background look great. I esp. like the face and hair, the look is lustful and sexy and the hair's color and line work really compliment it. A really nice piece, good job

Yeah, the retro really wasn't added until the end though until I decided to make him a sort of 70's cop. I am so glad it turned out that way!
